Indians are corrupt af yo.
More headcount and empire building, deflect why work isn't getting done till said Indian manager gets lateral move / promotion and repeat.
India = cheap but you get what you pay for.

"value chain management" is where each manager in the management chain is "adding value" to communication, both upwards and downwards, and is maximizing performance of direct reports.
