With all of our jobs moving overseas, are there any Medicare/Medicaid contracts that require reviewers to be in the states? I thought certain states had a requirement.

Some states (I believe 4-5 plus DC) also do not allow Puerto Rice to hand their information either…

Yes Many C&S States and Medicaid products are required to be worked onshore. I am not sure if its all roles but may be if you work those members in any capacity. Some degree of job security i guess.

Yes, you are correct. Some Medicaid and even Commercial state regulations require reviewers to be in the US and licensed in the state in which the plan sits.
Yes absolutely. Medicaid specifically can be very very picky about these types of things. Pretty sure it’s the i of reason I still have a job
