Thread regarding Kyndryl layoffs

CEO Accused of Fraud

Did anyone see these allegations that Martin Schroeter, the CEO of Kyndryl, was involved in a scheme to move revenue from IBM's mainframe business to trendier sectors in order to enrich himself?

"Schroeter just looks guilty of something morally and financially heinous, doesn't he?"

He kind of looks like a na-i who's constantly high on co----e.

"No one can be surprised by this."

Especially since this kind of stuff was happening even when GTS was part of IBM.

The IBM cover is gone, so cooking the books will only increase from this point.

Shareholders ought to know this guy is a crook. They'll hopefully make him "retire" if they want to save their business.

Nobody was indicted so they all walked away laughing and counting the cash. There is no such thing as blind justice. The rich get richer and live in a whole different world. A world with zero accountability.

If true, this would undermine all data coming out of Kyndryl. If the CEO can strong-arm financial data like he supposedly did when he was CFO, then they can say almost anything they want. That is, unless people expose the house of cards to the investors in the FCC. Then, an Enron-style crash followed by arrests could occur.
