New Batch of SPC new hires?

Did we just release another class of SPC reps on our customers. I swear this week has been a mess after mess that could have been avoided easily avoided. If we did, did the trainers just put them on a phone with nothing?

Wait until the rest of care is outsourced, Hans is running this company into the ground. These decisions are costing more money than they are saving and customers dropping like flies!

SPC is here to stay … big companies like at&t and Amex have already outsourced their customer service teams, we’ve just been dragging our feet…

customers will adjust, company will save … its a win-win

Spc is like internal, same training time-lines and materials. The vast majority of spc is overseas and all around the world. Imagine reading ost's in your 2nd or 3rd language and never using our services. Let alone living in the USA, so yes they are awful, but that's what VZ is paying for on every call they take.

It is like every time we think they have done the most damage they can do, they do more.
