This has never been more true. I knew a guy in JAX who sent veterans affairs documents to HR requesting for a high back chair at his desk with head support because he had head trauma from prior military service… they literally fired him saying that people were concerned for their safety before the chair could even get shipped to the office and assembled…..
It seems like if you voice that you are anything but what all these daily harassing emails want you to be, then you are labeled the problem.

If you think what they do to customers is bad, you should see how they treat employees. If you can’t easily be pegged as diverse or a candidate who needs equity or to be included, your prospects are diminished at Chase. We’re all for making things equal, and by equal, we mean woke progressive.
This is in no way surprising.
Well, of course that's true! You cannot pander to factions and publicly force employees to go against their beliefs and not be discriminating. Let's get back to focusing on our jobs of treating one another with respect and leaving our personal lives personal.
