That's why I never cared or worried much about titles. Unless you are an executroid they are pretty much worthless in the scheme of things.
More work. No raises... I believe that is actually called title deflation, not inflation. But nonetheless, with all the RIFs going on, I certainly feel that I am asked to do more work than before.
