Imagine if all off us stopped doing work for a day.
Slack off.
Don’t do anything.
And quiet quit.
That will send a huge message to the exec team.

Promote and join a union. That will send a message to executives and the BOD. Individuals quiet quitting does nothing but reinfore the executive belief that no one is doing anything and does nothing for bring any issues to light. Organize first. Then negotiate. That will reveal Well's true colors to the public. And if negations fail then strike, that will make national news and bring the grieviences to light and force Well's to defend their id--tic policies in the public eye.
I'm curious if exempt employees are allowed to unionize or are they considered management? Assuming they can't, what % of this company is non-exempt?
Every day in office is a bare minimum day. They want a warm body to occupy a desk, they got it. I may have to spend hours a week commuting, but I will not spend a dime in or near the office.
They will have even more excuse to replace us all with H1B workers.
I read 780,884 (approximately 781K) jobs are sponsoring H1B visa this month.

I believe a large number of people are effectively already doing this. (Just not in a coordinated fashion.) WF has managed to alienate even those who used to be dedicated, top performers.
They've managed to take away any incentive for someone to actually want to do a good job here. No chance of a promotion unless you live in a hub or are willing to move. Stacked ranking resulted in EVERYONE on our team getting "meets." So the folks who were working long hours got exactly the same ranking as the folks who did no work. Worked for legacy WF - forget about a promotion - those only go to people outside of the bank. (Bonus if you're from Chase.) Lay-offs are now seemingly random (thanks HR) which means doing extra won't save you from the ax. You've got as much chance of getting laid off as your co-worker who's doing nothing.
Before this WF leadership team came along, I was a Top Performer Award recipient. I was always either a consistently exceeds or exceeds (mostly consistently exceeds) and I was able to get promoted. Since the change in leadership and even with all the downside (and no upside), I continued to do my job at the same quality that I had been doing it at since I started with WF because I felt it was the right thing to do.
However with RTO as the final nail in the coffin, I've lost all ability to even care about my job. If I wasn't as close to retirement as I am and didn't have as many years of severance built up as I do, I would leave. But at this point I'm just going to do my job - no more and no less. I plan to achieve the "meets" that I've been given and will be given in the future. There is logically no point in doing more than that for me.
And WF executive doesn't care. Their goal is to get us all to quit. My goal is to stay sane here long enough to get severance or retire. Whichever comes first. It's like the Meatloaf song - Paradise by the Dashboard Lights. "So now I'm praying for the end of time, to hurry up and arrive, because if I've got to spend another minute with you I don't think that I really survive. I'll never break my promise or forget my vow, but God only knows what I will do right, so I'm praying for the end of time, so I can end my time with you."
There's some ignorance in thinking the worker has any power to do anything to send a message to executives. WF is a one-way street.
I went from an 'exceeds' employee for over 10 years to doing the bare minimum because there were 2 top employees on the team and rank stacking. F around and find out.
Ok then what?
But I already quiet quit.. isn’t that like going on strike?🤷🏻
Fwells! I hate what you have done to us. I would gladly sc--w this place. You have made my life a living he&@. It is sad how wells destroys peoples lives. I have a hard time understanding how Charlie and the c suits sleep at night knowing how they f&ck people over.
Most of the shyte birds at wells already so do this hence our current employment woes.
Indeed! "Fire us all, because we clearly hate you and our jobs!"
