I am hearing no raises or promotions at Oracle for FY24. So that will be two years without raises or promotions. Even if they promote/give raises right at the start of FY25, won’t everyone be so far behind market value they will be forced to leave?

Perhaps no RSU is a blessing in disguise, no lock in for 4 years to a place you likely won’t want to be at in 4 years. It’s always been known that the best way to get a raise at Oracle is to leave.
I was given a raise, bonus and promotion this year.
Oh I can name at least one name that does everything he can that is wrong
just because he says he can….but not here. I’ll share it where it can be helpful
The best news wouid be to find out that the Feds are investigating. I think they are going to hit all the big tech Corp.

however, power plants expanding and battery’s are ridiculously expensive and they know what to do with old battery’s.
Looks like EV’s are not help the environment either.
There are alot of Job openings in industry.
If you don’t get laid off at oracle there are better paying jobs & better places to work. Mid mgmt abused the company so much that I wish every employee could find a better job and no one would work at Oracle. The Feds can take care of that.

Last Summer things were good until August.
Well, what would expect at Oracle? The company is a joke when it comes to promotions or raises.
My manager told me I will be promoted this year.
Hm, i’m not sure about this. I have received raises and bonuses every year since being at Oracle. Including last summer.
Have not had a raise since 2017. They have NO compensation policy and really don’t value their employees.

VPs bonus themselves. Good mgmt pays themselves after they pay their employees but not at Oracle. Employees and customer do not matter at Oracle.
Also uses expense acct for personal use.

i am glad i left last year . The new company gave me a decent hike and RSUs to an amount i never received in my 10 years in O , though i only completed 9 months in the new place .

This is not news. Oracle typically does not give raises or promotions. And if you do get a promotion you only get more work. There is no raise.
