Employee Survey

HLA here, hoping everyone does the employee survey honestly this year!

From my point of view, they are just letting us make minimum wage while going we quit in order to not pay us severance or unemployment. They helped us when covid started, but not when rates tripled. Trish just said not looking at changing comp plan and our pipelines are growing, but they're counting HBAs in those numbers.

I’ve been giving feedback for 10 years and nothing has changed except the leadership got lazier and lazier!!! Their lies have gotten much blatant

To be fair, working for Manila chase for $10 an hour, beats the he-l out of cleaning pig stalls. It probably is sunshine and rainbows for them.

All feedback is good feedback.

Also an HLA. The survey is rigged and meaningless. Regarding our pipelines, management is delusional. Yeah, it's going to be a tough road in Home Lending for the foreseeable future.

The Firm is not making any money either. Middle management is just pushing promises up the line and hoping it all works out.

I've already done mine and was brutally honest on it. No sunshine or roses here!

I think they only count Manila results in those. Because each year those results miraculously turn out to be sunshine and rainbows for chase with glowing reviews that they can brag about. Something is up with that.
