What is the point of RTO? I drive in and don’t talk to anyone. Wear earbuds to limit the distractions with people chatting all day. Our meetings are on the phone and the people I work with are in different states. If people aren’t doing their work at home, then they probably aren’t working in the office either. That’s a people problem, not a problem with remote work

FRTO. We are in strike until you get your lazy managers in Charlotte off their butts back in the office 5 days a week so they can do their jobs. Charlie needs to sit his bu-t in the office too
Those saying they love RTO are the ones that spend half the day in the bathroom and the other half in a breakout area watching TV.
I support it- mostly because the people who are protesting it are lazy and need to go. I'm grateful for 3 days a week instead of 5!
