@2kfy+1mm90LBb If English is their main language then someone please audit their education system. Also pure language is not a skill. There is vernacular, word choices, tone. When you even the most blue haired liberal cx bi--hing about outsourced help then you know you fu---d up.

Just as an fyi - we have been there for more than 5 years already - this is nothing new and btw English is their main language. Additionally, we already have over 30 outsource call centers here in the US. It’s pretty obvious this is the next step at headcount reduction.
Is it because they are outsourcing to the Philippines and paying them $2/ per hour? Instead of $20 hr USA based customer service ? We will see how well that goes .
