Wonder when they will finally pull the plug and get rid of the rest of the worthless people left. They laid off everyone that was good and left us with the crumbs. Such a sad state. No Realtors or builders will do business with us. Customer service scores have tanked. Thank you Charlie for another department you have destroyed.

What a crash and burn. Mortgage used to be the most profitable part of the company. We were the nations number one lender. Then chainsaw Charlie came and corruption and disgrace led to where we are today. Good bye mortgage!
