Seems 40 hours a week is standard provisions from a half mil to at least 2 mil stores..it will NEVER work.

Just schedule exactly what they give you, no more. Tasks don’t get done? Service sucks? It is what it is. Stop covering for the home office. Let customers get mad. Give them your RM’s phone number or email to complain. At the end of the day, this isn’t your business.

I'm just going to put it like this... Schedule what you need, eff the payroll budget. They're not going to fire you because there's nobody left. Take care of your customers! Take care of your graduates! Nobody matters but your customers! And your mental health.

Guaranteed to be less than the minimum required to run thr stores. Always is.
Pulling CM out to save payroll doesn't work since most CM pull double duty in stores opening, closing, processing orders, cashiering and will still need to be replaced.
The end result of these changes will not be lower payroll.
