In fact, I think we've reached a point where we have to accept regular layoffs as part of our jobs. If that's not something you can handle, it might be time to start looking for a new job. It's something I've already started doing. It makes me sad since this was once a company I was proud to call my workplace. How things have changed...

Yep, I remember recruiting folks going its really hard to get into MDT, but once you're in, the company takes care of you. Seems like that's flopped now...
Sounds like frequent Pulse surveys really didn't fix anything.
