Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

CS: Employees don't matter

When a CEO and his mgt team have no regard for staff, a company is doomed.

But this was the plan by BOD, etc. Employees are not part of master plan. Sell-off is the plan.

Commercial Banking laidoff many employees last week. CB terminated a few more this week. More terminations and layoffs in San Francisco, Oakland, and Concord are planned starting next Monday.

I attend no calls town halls forums and neither does our team. We all take those annual training classes for each other. Waste of time. We don’t listen to anything upper management says or does. They are too stupid to be leading anything except a her of sheep.

The feeling is mutual. I have no regard for them either. Trust me people, you'll be much happier the minute you stop listening to these clowns. No more town halls, no more team works posts or emails. Just ignore them. They'll be gone in a year or two and no one will miss them.

I can’t believe they are building employee amenities in Texas. Who has time? I barely have time for lunch and I’m always behind. It will be better to spend to hire more staff than to put in Pickleball courts.

What management. It all starts at Charlie and goes down like a domino effect. Worst management team ever.

It is difficult to find anyone who feels connected to the company and the mission at hand. Work friendships or any pleasantries exchanged in a normal day does not count.

What matters is to us is being included in the conversation, seeing timely follow through after communications are sent, job/skills advancement and being trusted to be professionals in our respective roles.

Way too much to ask from WF apparently.
