So no one thought to budget expenses for rcsa activities and now it’s all being dwindled down?

RCSA phase 2 facilitation teams are 100% Charlotte based. Others fly in. Some are remote. The comment about expense budgets being slashed is false. So is the comment about PWC coaches being slashed to save money
I’m not sure why anyone is surprised by the expenses related to RCSA. When hundreds of people are voluntold that they are now running RAUs and must travel the first week of every workshop, who did they think was going to pay for that?
I did hear rumors of letting go of the PWC coaches to save money. Seems like a foolish move since they seem to know a lot more about RCSA than the poor conscripted souls being deployed. But I am learning to just shrug and keep my head down on this mess.
RCSA Travel is becoming an issue. no one wants to take it on their books.

There is now a RCSA phase 2 underway to re-execute on Phase 1
Are you talking about Control being slashed? If so, part of the master plan following centralizing under Nate and phase 1 wrapping up. Also, Control not being allowed to own controls was a death knell from the start. Nobody wants to pay for a function that makes it their mission statement to not help the business that pays their salaries in a tangible way.
In other news the Fed also failed to budget for their Risk Control Self Assessment and caused a major banking crisis.
