Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Wells Fargo stock back down below $40 again

Remarkably, this is even after Charlie bought bought back 86.4 million shares for $4 Billion in the first quarter of this year.

He’s trying to give the false impression there are buyers out there, but apparently the sellers are smarter than our own CEO and BOD.

Simple solutions often get overlooked. Less can be quite a bit more. Is this
leadership team purposely leading us all on a wild goose chase in order to extend the time where they can personally profit from Wells Fargo’s failures?

Stop the smoke and mirrors. Spend the money on technology, improving oversight and resolving consent orders to get us out from under the Federal Asset Cap. Once that happens, the stock will move up organically because investors will believe we have the correct leadership team in place.

Someone needs to call out this leadership team on their BS.

Still over priced. I'd be a buyer at 30, not before.

I appreciate your positive attitude, but to be fair- you have to also take in to account what the stock has done in the last 3 - 5 years, right? That is ⬇️. So far, Charlie’s promises are empty. Let’s have him list what he’s done to move us closer to getting the asset cap removed other than hiring his friends and settling lawsuits. I see disastrous decisions being made.

I guess you can keep kicking the can down the road saying we’re heading in the right direction. Until they figure out that we’re not. Similar to Wachovia, SVB, Bernie Madoff etc.
The only people who say “we are heading in the right direction” are Charlie & Co, his paid yes-men and the outsiders who take his word as fact.

If Fox can dump Tucker we should be able to dump Charlie!!!!! What a horrible CEO. I wish we could uncover some muck on him.

"the spin is positive out there". And that is reflective by the stock price, LMAO. "Well, you can put lipstick on a hog and call it Monique, but it's still a pig."

WF is doing the right things for shareholders, the spin is positive out there. I'm not happy working at WF but things are moving in the right direction.

Daily stock price changes is just not relevant, there are always broaded forces at play. Sometimes up, sometimes down. Let's see where we are at in the next 3-5 years, if things don't fundamentally look better compared to peers then I will eat my words here.

Still some work to do, let's go WFC.

The plan is always the same. Executive bonuses for metrics that are best for them and not necessarily for the company. The company is a cash cow, ripe for sla-ghter.

It's been nearly 4 years, if anything was going to be called out it would have already happened. Things must be going according to plan.
