I've heard certain people in the CEGBU got cut in the last few weeks, Retail GBU and others cut ISR teams and marketing. CX cut a bunch last year and DB OnPrem are dropping people like they're hot. Any updates on any other divisions?

First Tuesday of the last month of the quarter is always a good bet given trends in the last six months.
Given Meta announced layoffs at their latest earnings, it wouldn’t be surprising seeing other big techs like O do the same ahead of announcing Q4 results.
They need to get the layoffs done soon an most are just going through the motions and waiting. They is alot of dead wood here in NA and I suspect the same in other Geos. Make 1 big cut and get lean and mean and take care of those who are remaining.
NAA and ODC will see some cuts as they consolidate and wind down, respectively.

I heard layoffs are now being extended through Q1 FY24
OCI is safe.
NAA to see cuts soon.
No idea but my guess would be it’s not complete until the FY is over.
Also can confirm a number of CEGBU folks let go across multiple teams
