Oracle has blood on their hands.
The individuals thaf did not do their jobs including those at the top need to go down. Veterans matter more than the greedy jerks that cheap out and take money from their budgets and use expense accts for personal use.
IRS needs to investigate expense accounts. That’s income tax evasion .
