Fiserv is now making up reasons to fire people “for cause” so they don’t have to give severance package and pay unemployment insurance benefits. They are also not giving a termination packet or paying final expenses to those people. Anyone else experience this other than me? I was able to prove my case but they still terminated me anyone.

talk with a lawyer and sue the company.
The reason Fiserv said was because I was “churning” accounts even though I had to re-write them because of an ownership change. It was a convenient store that changed hands because the brother moved back out of the country so new EIN number.
What was their reasoning?
Well they can made up any reason why they want to fire you. Most people will not bother to fight it and they count on that. If they will pay fine here and there thats always less money than paying everyone severance package.
By the way- I was able to successfully fight unemployment and win.
