This is what happens when you take a company built on core competencies, and turn it over to accountants, marketers, and HR dweebs to follow whatever societal trends they can find. We built a huge network, fast. And now? What a waste. Lose Hans. The quicker the better.

This has nothing to do with DEI, it has to do with lack of leadership in knowing what to do. How to lead. Stop hiring all these external agencies to tell the company how to run the business. Instead, start looking at who is seated in that leadership seat and if they can't drive business, innovation, marketing.... then get rid of them. We have a lot of dead weight and too much nepotism in this company which is hurting it. I could care less who is sitting in the seat as long as they are helping to turn this ship around.

With so much potential and talent this large corporation can do better and it's "not" just all DEI. There are employees', their families, and the paramount, customers', livelihoods at stake. Capitalism cannot be rescinded nor replaced.

Silly folks think that companies can’t do DE&I and build a network. Maybe it is a VZ problem and not a DE&I problem.
