Definitely not everyone can be a manager. Most of them here just seem to be trying to break the employees spirit. Why is that? Maybe because nowhere like here is it so easy for someone who does not have competence to be promoted to a managerial position?

Managers are like a cat. They can purr, but they have claws and are secretly planning to ki-l you.
Maybe managing in an atmosphere of fear and inability to reward or promote despite what they want you to think is difficult. Maybe some managers have good intentions and are really trying behind closed doors but have no real resources or support. Maybe.
