Clover fails to deliver anything on their roadmap and continues to waste their time on things that don’t address market needs and they want special treatment LOL?
Wonder how the Finxact people are taking it? I'm guessing they've been here long enough now to lose their exemption. Something like 90% of their workforce was full remote prior to Fiserv buying them.
Morale has taken a noticeable decline the last while. This has really just destroyed it. Fiserv are roping us in closer now with us integrating with their stuff more and more.
Ever since Dan Bjerke somehow became head of Clover we haven't really had much special treatment. We're getting the same mon-thurs forced rto everyone else is. Remote workers are also being pressured to commute in. They are not trying to move people between teams right now, but that could change.
