It's downright infuriating how we continue to glorify incompetence at this company. We give prestigious positions to individuals who have no business being there, and then we stand back and watch as they struggle and flounder like a fish out of water, proving to us time and time again just how unworthy they truly are. But they know the right people, so we keep seeing it happen again and again. How do we make it stop?

And we pass over excellent candidates, simply because they don't sit in a desk located in one of a handful of "hubs". And then watch them leave to be major contributors at companies not run a guy who doesn't understand the difference between FinTech and a bank. SMFH.
