Let me get this right, most recent poster, you would like for Capital One, your employer, to go under? Just making sure I understand. Why not just quit and join a company that is worthy of you? I guess it makes more sense to you that a top 10 US bank goes belly up because you don't like the way things are done here? Again, just making sure I understand.

I think this glowing review goes back to a previous thread where it was proposed that all associate surveys were being tracked to individuals so be very careful how you answer. Many people said they they just marked the highest for all the questions since they knew their answers were going to be tied to them. It appears that the blackmail, lies by the company regarding 100% anonymous responses have paid off.
