Don't care about the position I leave my team in. That's Frank's problem. Being underpaid, low ball merit increases, diminishing benefits. Time to bail folks.

Nothing will change but the best you can hope for is that your teammates let your work hit the floor and stuff grinds to a halt. Maybe then Sr leadership will realize they have been making mistakes.

Unfortunately it’s not about our benefit. It’s all about Frank and crew. I decided yesterday that I’m not going to keep complaining I’m going to find a new job and put in my two weeks as soon as it happens. I hate to think what position that will put my manager and co-workers who are already swamped in, but at the end of the day this is what he wanted.
