Don't care about the position I leave my team in. That's Frank's problem. Being underpaid, low ball merit increases, diminishing benefits. Time to bail folks.
Will the last American to leave the Fiserv building please take the American flag and replace it with india’s
If you wfh... start thinking now about how you will like living in BH
What about lot of people still working from home???
Your bu-t in a seat in NJ contributes to getting a 109 million tax break. Pure and simple. Has zero to do with efficiency, quality of work, or (god forbid) any concern for you as a human.
It won't! But they know that. They just don't care.
Nothing will change but the best you can hope for is that your teammates let your work hit the floor and stuff grinds to a halt. Maybe then Sr leadership will realize they have been making mistakes.

It’s Frankenservs mindset of control
Unfortunately it’s not about our benefit. It’s all about Frank and crew. I decided yesterday that I’m not going to keep complaining I’m going to find a new job and put in my two weeks as soon as it happens. I hate to think what position that will put my manager and co-workers who are already swamped in, but at the end of the day this is what he wanted.
