Severance Payout

I know they said severance can take up to 60 days for the lump sum.

Anyone know what is a more realistic time frame?

Should be next pay period after you return your signed agreement.

Severance is paid by level. For senior manager (or manager), you would be looking at ~6 months. And for reference, SA/PA gets ~3 months, Dir/Sr Dir gets ~9 months.

I'm curious too. For someone who has been there for 3 years and a Senior Mgr how much severance does one get?
