What does the new IT org look like? Are there any VP’s impacted?

Yup Global IT absolutely got hit. Lots of Management (Sr. Managers and Directors) got RIF'd. Also entire GIT is being re-org (again) right now which likely impacted these management folks. There's not many of us left.
WOW Global IT was hit? Where ? there is almost none of us left, So very sad. rolling layoffs will finish the entire team.
Prayers to those impacted today.
Do we have any remaining IT employees anymore? I feel bad for everyone in that area; it sounds like it was an absolute blood bath.
There were impacts in the US today as well.
All employee impacts in the USA and non regulated countries happened on Tuesday. Regulated countries will continue over the coming weeks and months. We will be never done as they will continuously evaluate over time.
