Has anyone quit this year so far and had to payback their cash bonus?

Why would you need to pay back a bonus that was supposed to be for work done in 2022? The "future carrot on a stick" is the RSUs, although those were also "earned" in the past.
From what I understand, it is only gor director & above who need to pay cash portion back
