Thread regarding JPMorgan Chase & Co. layoffs

Go back to the office. You need the exercise.

How much weight has everyone gained sitting at home? Perhaps more then you would have liked. At least if you go to the office, you get some exercise which is good for your health. Think of putting in that extra few hours in the morning to get to work as a healthy exercise. The blood starts to flow so by the time you get to the office, you're ready to work.

Not true. I have less stress and anxiety at home. I eat healthier foods So far lost almost 401#, Thanks but I'll stay home.

Are you confusing the office with the gym? Your goal should be to do your job while in the office, not to walk around the office.

Sorry that your fa---s doesn’t have the drive to exercise without being forced. My health has never been greater because instead of 1.5hours of commuting a day I actually have time to visit and use the gym.
