Frank was having difficulty filling his Jersey office. So they announced a flexible schedule to market at potential employees. Now that Jersey is approaching requirement bo-m.... Rug pull. It's not a shock it was mandatory five days when they announced BH and only when positions sat unfilled did they roll out a hybrid schedule.

It really is! When I applied to Fiserv less than a year ago the position was promoted as hybrid, but a loose hybrid. Did a few months in Short Hills where desks were not always readily available so I didn’t bother to come in much. Move to BH now it’s 4 days already selected for you. Instead of working and feeling apart of something, I’m felling like a pupil at a school who just got the new notoriously mean principal that the district next door fired. 😂 I hate being employed here. Worst career decision I’ve ever made.
