I remember that I was excited about the mission to help patients and to prioritize them in all our decisions. This aligned with my mission as well. However, I have lost hope in this mission due to the toxic red tape and management of MDT. Geoff and friends are just using patient sobbing stories for their talks - I can easily tell that. This culture is almost close to giving me PTSD and making me scared to join a huge company like this.

I find it in very poor taste that they use patients like this to boost the company’s image. It’s clear that they don’t care and are just cherry-picking individuals to look good.
I definitely feel you, although I can’t say that I have personally lost my connection to the mission. The moral is definitely down and changes need to be made at the top to get us back on track. This isn’t the MDT of Omar or before… unfortunately.
