You guys act like the media on here. 'It's coming'. You've been saying we're going warehouse and 'you'll see' since Keebler left dsd. Kinda makes me wonder why any of you still work here. If you're not happy, move on. Plenty of jobs on the market.

Keebler was always dsd. They sold to Kellogg’s in 2001, it was Kelloggs that went warehouse. Keebler is only part of Kellogg’s. That’s like calling Mondelez Nabisco when we all know who the parent company is.
Keebler wasn’t always warehouse, they were dsd until only about 5 years ago. Once the company announced the end of dsd they offered a retention bonus. They did lose company cars prior to that, but we’re given an allowance and got paid mileage, which was less than the amount reps at mondelez paid for their cars. No, the cars at mondelez aren’t free! Money taken from paychecks every pay period!
When did Keebler go warehouse? Kelloggs bought Keebler years ago and Kelloggs went warehouse. Keebler was always dsd.
The Keebler rep I worked with for years got to keep his car, his iphone, and also received $45,000 in severance.
That's way better than anything Mondelez gives to reps. On the other hand the Mondelez account managers, upper management, etc, their severance is many, many times more than what they pay reps to go. I know this for a fact as a long term account manager I ran into told me he made bank leaving the company, and told me all that he got to walk away. It's at least 10+ times what reps get, and then some.
Like has been said many times, all the money is at the top in this company, and they don't give 2 fu--s about any of the disposable peons down at the bottom. Couldn't be more obvious.
But In the end Keebler also canned their employees. Started by taking their cars. I know a few reps personally that quit before the big layoff with them because it was a living nightmare. Glad I got out of mondelez before mission 1
What’s been done is horrific! Mondelez sucks, bottom line! Keebler treated their people 10x better!
