Any word of re-orgs?

Everyone associated with hardware, in any capacity, is in the cross-hairs. Reason is that you can practically get a chimpanzee to configure iron these days (how much ram, how much I/O, how much storage, how many storage channels, etc...). Parts are commoditized and 95% of associated work is now achievable through AI. Hardware skills are simply no longer valuable.
