Yesterday's Corporates Sales Call= Pathetic and Desperate

In my sales career, I have never seen Executives more desperate and weak. The sales pipeline has never been this bad, and the shortcomings of the Leadership Team are more evident than ever.

How long can these id--ts without product knowledge keep their jobs?

If you're a sales rep that has stayed in TAP it is because you can't get a job anywhere else.

Once a Premier company with premier products supported by customer and Tech Support services that would have justified the cost; has become resources that you can’t count on to work and are truly overpriced especially considering the hold times of Tech Support, and outsourcing outside of the US many sales support roles and customer service.

There isn't anything to sale. TR once has a suite of reasonably sound products. In areas like engineering and product management, they have ran off all the historic 'tribal knowledge'. They've pushed all support and maintenance functions to low cost centers. The business world has paid attention and TR isn't being offered a seat at the vendor selection table like they once were. Why would any experienced sales person base their livelihood here? Now they have junk products and inadequate sales team. This has all been way to orchestrated to have not been intentional. We will eventually find out why.

Some sales functions are outsourced to other countries, a lot of tenured sales reps left because it’s finally bad enough, and then we are all dealing with id--tic leadership from Legal now managing in tax spaces.

But why are they complaining about the Sales people? Why there is no sales? Is TR hiring unexperienced sales people?
