The stores give $hit service. 100%. Create false churn by adding new lines for commission fraud. Can’t be bothered troubleshooting the person standing in front of you and give them a number. Kiosks would work. Get rid of store reps. They’re horrible.

Two separate companies, T-Mobile and sprint became one. Anytime this happens there will be a ton of redundancy.

For all thise peeps with entry level skills wanting $21 per hour and WFH, you got it, temporarily, until AI unleashed lightspeed. As goes one carrier so goes the rest. Call centers being replaced with AI in many industries including airlines. Flipping burgers going to AI too. Open up your own lawn mowing service. Good luck!

According to someone I know in leasing VZ is already shutting down stores even with one and two years before the leases expire.. just darkening the space. Granted it’s only 15 or so national locations, however, it’s when we hear that they’ve sold off another block of stores, like they did a number of years ago, that will implicate that the retail store channel will be next for dissection

Scamizon doesn’t care about existing customers, these supposed leaders above the store manager only care about “new” phone adds. This is why we are bleeding customers to t-mobile. We have horrible customer service to existing customers in store and over the phone, if you (the company) want to change than we need to change the mindset towards existing customers, we shouldn’t be walking upgrades and telling customers with problems to call tech support…we provide pi-s poor customer service. That right there people is why you are bleeding customers !!

Verizon will be closing stores soon but wont be able to add new lines like TMO is doing. Why? Because Verizon rips off customers in every single aspect. Retail reps are all unhappy because of the horrendous pay and constant threats/bullying/micromanaging.

Every dog has its day and everything flips around...

Karma is real.

Read between the lines either they are underperforming OR TM is living proof that you can reduce store exposure/save all those expenses/and STILL be the industry leader in gross ads.
