Chase is a great company to work for. But if you are unhappy, by all means do what makes you happy. If you find a job that is better, by all means take it. We are all replaceable. Someone else would love to have your job with all of the benefits, including health insurance, dental insurance, eye med insurance, life insurance, legal plan protection, 401K, and vacation, etc. being offered.
I'm leaving. So did half my team already.
No RTTO for me, ever.
I will not return, at retirement age now. If that comes to fruition, many people may just leave for other WFH positions.
