I enjoy living paycheck to paycheck and worrying that my job might get shipped off to India at a moments notice. I also like being bogged down in meaningless processes and filling out redundant spreadsheets that are always urgently needed. What would be even better is if my manager has no clue what I do or frankly doesn't care. Based on all the reviews here it seems like Truist be the right place for me. Thoughts?

I’ve had 3 meetings over the last few days where my team was told that the work we do doesn’t matter and that we can expect to be outsourced at a moment’s notice.
I don’t know about Truist, but if you are seeking misery, gaslighting and extreme inefficiency, I highly recommend Wells Fargo. You’ll still get the fun of training your Indian replacement, going in to the office to “collaborate” on teams since none of your team lives in your city, getting approvals from approximately 15 risk partners before you take that morning deuce and navigating a horrible rollout of new technology that prevents you from doing your work.
If this sounds like your ideal work environment, go to wells Fargo.com and speak with our new AI assistant Fargo since we laid off the actual people that could have talked to you.
The Wells Fargo wagon is a comin down the street, oh please let it stop for me…
