Finally popped in some stores to shop after 2 months. My dominating display presence has been reduced by 90%. I thought the whole point was you’d all have more time to sell since that’s all you’re supposed to be doing. It doesn’t even look like they kept any sales reps at all lmao

That's exactly correct. Reps are covering so many stores, exhausting too!!
You heard it directly from me.
Walmart now has a Regional telling stores no vendor displays. And agree with previous comment about order writers not ordering for displays.
Not to mention the bonuses have become embarrassing small and impossible to hit with ftow doing the ordering. There is absolutely 0 incentive to sell...
It's impossible to keep displays when merchandisers aren't filling them or ordering enough to fill them
I will tell you what the Reps are doing. They are merchandising and writing orders 90 percent of the time and thats when they’re not coaching an order writer on how to order or fixing their wrong-doings and cleaning up their stores.
