Years ago, we were promised 50% off of Verizon services once we retired. When I crossed the finish line and reached retirement, that promise was taken back and reduced significantly.

So...yes...I switched to TMobile and got a much better discount than my Verizon retiree discount. Not only did they lose me (a 20+ year employee) as a customer, but they lost my family too as I switched them all over as well.

I have been very happy with TMobile and will never go back to VZ given how they treat their most loyal employees. Loyalty cuts both ways...

I left not too long ago, moved 4 lines and added a 5th line to T-Mobile and I’m still paying less and have way better coverage than I had with my VZW 50% discount.

Ported my five lines to Cricket (AT&T) in 2018 and never looked back.
Better pricing and the service is as good as Verizon. Ditched my Fios for T-Mobile home internet, also a good move for me.

When your own company's cell phone plans are more expensive then the competition. You guys just love buying HV new cars, boats and nice gifts. I stay and pay more money because of the network lollllllllll

Give 90% discount to employees. Otherwise you will lose your employees to T-Mobile

So if verizon wants to to gain a few more subscribers you might want to make the 25% discount you give to craft/union employees 50% just like management. I just brought you revenue. problem/solution now let someone take this great idea and make it there's and get a bonus

Agree. My wife and I still work for VZ but it was cheaper to move our four lines to TM.
