Every metric is a joke, there is 4 reporting sites that give you 4 different outcomes.
VHI is a joke, customer could come to the store and there is a banner, same customer could come back 2 weeks later and another banner, it hurts you to access accounts, there should be some time constraints with this, like if an account is accessed and there is a banner whether the customer accepts or denies the VHI there should be a toggle to remove the banner. This metric is not accurate in any way, there is a flaw with this reporting.
