The metrics are laughable

Every metric is a joke, there is 4 reporting sites that give you 4 different outcomes.

VHI is a joke, customer could come to the store and there is a banner, same customer could come back 2 weeks later and another banner, it hurts you to access accounts, there should be some time constraints with this, like if an account is accessed and there is a banner whether the customer accepts or denies the VHI there should be a toggle to remove the banner. This metric is not accurate in any way, there is a flaw with this reporting.

Why are there 9 columns for view together?

PCR, don’t let the upper manager “yes men” tell you that certain things are backed out, they aren’t !!

Why can’t the reporting be simplified , everything in this sinking ship of a company is over complicated ….this is why you lost us as employees and this is why you are getting smoked by t-mobile.

Worse is that the “home” address is more often than not wrong. And if the customer, as you mentioned, comes back multiple times it’s a ki-ler.

VHI is a huge joke. Especially when Indirect stores and D2D reps are bold faced LYING to the customers about pricing and availabilty. Then WE (corporate employees) have to disconnect the service because "we" (vendors) LIED to the customers. What a way to run a business.

Get rid of all metric reporting teams. They all show conflicting information and causes extreme amount of workload to then analyze those unnecessary conflicts and problems they created….

Just started here and already looking for a new job. The entire bucket system is a massive scam. $5 in a bucket is not the same as $5 in my paycheck. Who came up with this con?

Too much concern for stuff that doesn't pay us either. Accessories 5% of the sale in the bucket? Not worth the time, if they don't want it move on. I mean they must not be important otherwise they would actually pay us on them. Setup and Go, Verizon Credit card same thing (credit card at least sometimes worth it because you can get people to spend more with it) but not worth the effort or time.
