Uniforms that she would never wear herself (except to try and show empathy), team commissions, every time she said the word transforming, never apologizing for anything (a good leader always accepts responsibility), and every other decision she made that impacted employees… which ultimately hurt customers… and wait for it… hurt our shareholders. Let’s start growing our business again. This is a great step toward progress for all within VZW.

well when I worked there everyone was in her face. People are so two face, and she is a smart woman. I don't think she was a DEI hire. I worked for the company for 18 years, and

She was horrible. In 2021, she had zero empathy for all the layoffs that were happening. She Couldn’t wait to move on and start a new talk track, while all those losing their jobs had to listen to her sh$”t speech a day after people were told and still at work. Cold hearted, selfish B. . I think Krista was setup by the puppet master aka Ronan. She was just the delivery vehicle. When she announced the destruction of retail (team comp) she did give an exit strategy if you were listening. Personally I thought she was our last hope. We now have very very limited experience in c-suite with customer facing or even when this company had a good culture. We’re cooked.
