Literally every company is doing what mondelez is doing. Everyone is losing pay, jobs and being overworked.

Bait and switch is right. There’s a reason most new sales reps that weren’t already with the company quit in 2 weeks.
Mondelez is trash. Most big corporations are trash. 2 years from now they will be complaining they can't find good help and nobody wants to work
I mean my company isn't laying anyone off while treating people with respect. I guess the difference is that other companies don't hire you in as a sales rep then bait and switch you to throw cases 98 percent of the time while treating you like garbage. Mondelez also makes it pretty clear when they want to pay out a bonus or not. Never had this issue else where.
That explains the record profits permeating throughout the corporate world.
Youre not wrong. I've had 3 close friends laid off this year and another friend that had to take 20% pay cut.
