This is insane. Is there anyone here who isn't overwhelmed? The most depressing thing is that the manager does not even realize that the goals are unrealistic.

I wonder if the real Purpose of all the Care propaganda is to offload responsibility for cr-p customer service from executive leadership to teammates so we hate ourselves too much to leave.
My belief is Truist is primarily made up of two groups of people at this point.
The first group are the Managers. They repeat intentionally vague catchwords like “care” and “better” and “purpose” to hide an ugly truth. They have set aside any principles of “fairness” or “right and wrong” to make money. Period.
The second group are the “teammates”. Their fear of the unknown has them locked in a guaranteed miserable job.
Simple……find another job
Believe in yourself
Nobody at Truist believes in you
