Great, give me a severance package for filling out the survey honestly. The knowledge they lose would make a crater in this place. They will then have yet another platform they can't manage or maintain. What's one more mismanaged platform amongst the sea of despair. I'm sure the company will survive just more complaints on the pile.

You can be GUARANTEED that Frankie and the higher ups know EXACTLY who is completing which survey. And you can be SURE that they 1 - DO NOT CARE ABOUT EMPLOYEE CONCERNS and 2 - Will take retaliatory action against you if you don't adhere to Frankie's rule of "Put Fiserv first and your life second"
Even if there is some kind of "legalese" that says the surveys MUST be anonymous, do not be that naive or stupid to believe it
