Higher ups talking about of dividend cut coming. I wonder how this would affect our stock together or 401k

Just announced no change in dividend. You should reconsider who you listen to whispers from.
Absolutely not gonna happen. The dividend is the only thing keeping our stock afloat and how we pay shareholders back on our profit. That is what we all are working for, not the customers, not our fellow employees. We are employed by shareholders who live on the dividend.
I'll bet it actually goes up a few cents next quarter just to keep investors coming.
