I absolutely agree that Fiserv needs fresh blood and new ideas and needs them badly. However, there is almost no hope that this will happen in the near future?

There have been plenty with new ideas and innovation. They've been shut down and left the company. Fiserv isn't about new ideas. Maybe it was in the past, but no longer...
Nope not coming anytime soon. The shareholders and board are too short sighted to see the warning signs. Franks only idea is to axe enough employees which increases profits in the short term but does little for the health of the company. They all just looking for a quick profit before they bail. Their bonuses are based on share price I’m guessing so what better way to keep that high and cash in on those bonuses all the while crushing your staff like the peasants they believe we are.
CEO just signed a five year contract. Does it sound like new ideas are coming soon?
New blood? New ideas? Starts at the leadership. Current leadership is a failure.
