Verizon needs, effectively immediately, an Independent Chairperson for its Board of Directors. The current CEO as Chairman of the Board of Directors results in a Conflict of Interest - and Zero Corporate Governance. Harshly, the CEO is not suited to be the CEO nor Chairman.

I didn’t believe this until this year. Outsourcing CS was the last straw IMO.
