We’re getting bled out. Look at the top shareholders for AT&T, Verizon and a lesser extent T-Mobile. Black rock and Vanguard or a company they control. This is a systemic dismantling of all quality of service. Ronan was a hit man hired for automating wireless companies in Europe. Total wireless will be the standard across the business. Nobody will miss the sh-t service we provide whether it be our morale or systems. John Stratton could have saved us. KB was the last hope. It’s over. We’re going to be left with no one that knows how anything works.

100% The last couple of years AI has been used in PACT for credit applications for new/existing/past customers along with failed activations through WFM. Eventually anyone taking calls or in some cases not taking calls will be on the chopping block.
Yep. So true. I was in Rif this year and everything fell on deaf ears. Verizon stopped fixing issues and problems 5 years ago. All they do is “enhancements” and put temp fixes on things. No one knows anything. I had to walk a care rep through the promo escalation fallout form to get a promo credit on my account. SMH
