Inside sales is the bread and butter for Vzw, I don’t think they will be laying off people . Too much revenue to lose
This is how things started going in tech starting a few months ago. You have been warned.
I deal with inside sales about 25% of my day. I think you guys should be safe. The offshore inside sales people I have spoken with are garbage. Plus sales still needs a human element and the people that call in to buy stuff are mostly old, d-mb or have terrible credit and having foreigners with that demo would destroy sales.
For now, they are starting to outsource but I look forward to seeing the fraud numbers over seas does. Fraud maybe what saves us in the end.
Nothing is safe in this Hanzi scheme.
